8. COSTS
8.1 PRICES:
8.1.1 The price of the product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.
8.2 VALUE ADDED TAX:
8.2.1 Value added tax at the rate of 14% is charged on goods bought by South African residents.
8.2.2 VAT is not payable on international orders.
8.3 IMPORT DUTIES:
8.3.1 Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. Natal Video does not know what levies may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.

10. AGREEMENTS OF SALE
10.1 An agreement of sale between Natal Video and a user only comes into effect if and when:
10.1.1 A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or
10.1.2 A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on Natal Video bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase); or
10.1.3 A direct deposit is reflected on Natal Video bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase.
10.2 Natal Video reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Natal Video also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Natal Video shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.

12. PRIVACY POLICY
12.1 Natal Video shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
12.2 Natal Video may electronically collect, store and use the following personal information of Users:
12.2.1 name and surname;
12.2.2 identity number;
12.2.3 contact numbers;
12.2.4 postal and physical address;
12.2.5 e-mail address
12.3 Natal Video collects, stores and uses the abovementioned information for the following purposes:
12.3.1 to authorise the User when a backup / restore from the Natal Video web site is required;
12.4 Information detailed above is collected either electronically by using cookies or is provided voluntarily by the User. Users may determine cookie use independently through their browser settings.
12.5 Natal Video may collect, maintain, save, compile, share, disclose and sell any information collected from users, subject to the following provisions:
12.6.1 Natal Video shall not disclose personal information from Users unless the User consents thereto;
12.6.2 Natal Video shall disclose information without the User's consent only through due legal process; and
12.6.3 Natal Video may compile, use and share any information that does not relate to any specific individual.
12.7 Natal Video owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by Natal Video.

13. SECURITY
13.1 Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Natal Video suffers any damage or loss.
13.2 The user agrees and warrants that its log-in name and password shall:
13.2.1 be used for personal use only; and
13.2.2 not be disclosed to any third party.
13.3 The user allows Natal Video to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the Natal Video site and back-office applications.

14. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
14.1 Natal Video, in its sole discretion, may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

15. DISPUTES
15.1 In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. 16. DOMICILIUM
16.1 Natal Video chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 319 Windermere Road, Morningside, Durban, 4001, Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa.

17. TERM AND TERMINATION
17.1 This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the Natal Video site and continues indefinitely until terminated by Natal Video in terms of clause 14 hereto or for any other reason.
